90 Day Comfort Guarantee Details:


We have a 90 Day Comfort Guarantee on the product, which allows you to try out the product. If for whatever reason, you do not like your new Contour product, it may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs).


90 Day Comfort Guarantee is for consumers to try the product and make sure it is to their satisfaction. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied within 90 days of purchase with the product, return it for a refund of the purchase price. Packing and handling fees, shipping fees, processing fees or other costs other than the product purchase price are not eligible for refund. Purchaser must provide proof of purchase and contact customer service for return authorization prior to returning the product. To request a return authorization, consumers can contact customer service by dialing 800-950-0230 or send email to customerserv@contourliving.com.


Contour Customer Care Warranty

Additionally, it is also covered under a 1-year Contour Customer Care Warranty against any manufacturing defects.


The warranty excludes normal wear and tear. The warranty extends to the original purchaser and any valid claim must be accompanied with proof of defect and proof of purchase. Purchaser must provide proof of purchase and contact customer service for return authorization prior to returning the product. To request a return authorization, consumers can contact customer service by dialing 800-950-0230 or send email to customerserv@contourliving.com. Purchaser must return defective product by prepaid shipping means to Contour Products, Inc, or its designated representative. Contour Products will, at its option, replace or refund the original purchase price paid for the product excluding any packing or handling fees originally paid. Guarantee excludes discoloration, stains or conditions resulting from abuse or unintended use.
